The architectural design of the building is the award winning work of I/O Architects.
INTERPRED Boyana is a six-floor office building with a ground level garage. The building includes commercial areas, a restaurant, as well as café and a lush landscaped parking area.
The Building provides a total rentable area of 20,130 sq.m
The building’s electricity supply comes from two separate substations equipped with two dry-type transformers (2000 kVA each). Back-up electricity comes from a diesel generator (450 kVA) and the buildings UPS systems. Systems and products from leading global manufacturers such as Schneider Electric, Bosch, Philips, LG and others were used for the electrical wiring and its installation. The wiring is equipped with a Schneider Electric building management system (BMS), which allows for the electricity and water supply needs of the building’s tenants to be measured and thus determined.
Heating and ventilation:
Heating and cooling the building happens independently of the Toplofikatsia and Sofia Gas companies. Autonomous high-tech VRV/VRF solutions provided by LG have been employed to this end. Fresh air is supplied by centralised air conditioning units installed on the building’s rooftop and using recuperative ventilation blocks to minimise heat losses when fresh air enters the system.
Four passenger elevators (two of which are panoramic) and a freight elevator.
Video surveillance: We employ a HIKvision digital system and CCTV monitoring cameras.
Fire alarm systems:
We use Bosch fire alarm systems and access control systems.
Provided by Bosch, the installed system assures identification and controlled access to certain zones through the use of personal access cards. The access control is 24/7, 365 days a year;
